Loans

Tartu Credit Union issues loans to its members. Read more information about becoming a member here. The recipient of a loan can be both a natural and a legal person. Loan conditions are presented in the following table:

A charge of 10 € applies to all entries into surety loan contracts. In case of mortgage loans, the charge is 30€.

Applying for a loan   

In order to apply for a loan, we are asking you to kindly visit our office in Tartu (Raekoja plats 20)  or  in Tallinn (Merivälja tee 1) or send the application and all the necessary documents by post or by e-mail. The loan applicant does not have to be a member of Tartu Credit Union; however, loans are issued to the members only.

If you decide to submit your loan application by post or by e-mail, you will first have to fill in the loan application form. If you come to our office, this can be done on the spot.

In addition to the application, the following documents need to be submitted:

Natural person:

  1. the loan applicant’s account statement for the last 6 months;
  2. the surety’s account statement for the last 6 months;
  3. in case of mortgage loan, a print-out from the land register concerning the security.

Legal person:

  1. the balance sheet and income statement for the last 6 months;
  2. the surety’s account statement for the last 6 months;
  3. in case of mortgage loan, a print-out from the land register concerning the security.

NB! All documents submitted electronically have to be digitally signed.
